Having been living a Low Carb way of life now for almost 2 years, there are so many things that I simply gave up on because I could no longer have them. KETO 1620 has so many things that I essentially thought I would never be able to enjoy again. From bread, to cider donuts, handmade candy bars (milky way, almond joy, butterfinger,) to a huge selection of bagels, garlic bread sticks, cakes, cookies, and more! The staff all seemed very happy to be working there and the woman that helped me (I didn't get her name) was awesome! Very knowledgeable about the selection and was quick to give me suggestions about all of the products they had available. They also have a good selection of various other keto items from different places, that can be hard to find locally. I am very glad that we have a BAKERY! that we can walk into and know that everything made there is with quality ingredients and hits the macros to stay on track (which is even more of a challenge for those of us doing Intermittent Fasting) Literally almost every single item can be worked in to whatever regimen you're doing. So awesome to have this option. Looking forward to becoming a regular here! Tried the 'Butterfinger' and the Pizza Bagels (doctored them up a little as suggested) so far. Both AMAZING.

This place is keto heaven! They have delicious baked goods, but they ALSO have several shelves of keto snacks, baking ingredients, drinks, and even sprinkles for your own homemade... read more cupcakes! It's one stop shopping and a fantastic place to treat yourself guilt free! And their bagels are way better than any I've made!! ; ) PS Anyone who has tried to bake anything keto knows that ingredients can be expensive, and it's often a completely different baking experience, therefore taking more time and attention than just throwing together a regular recipe. That said, I believe the pricing is not only worth it for the scrumptious baked goods, but the pantry items are also comparable with internet prices I've seen, and the prices of the few items I've seen in local stores were even a little cheaper at Keto 1620! PLUS, you're supporting a small, local, family-owned business AND a unique business idea! What's not to love?!?
