That said, I believe the pricing is not only worth it for the scrumptious baked goods, but the pantry items are also comparable with internet prices I've seen, and the prices of the few items I've seen in local stores were even a little cheaper at Keto 1620! PLUS, you're supporting a small, local, family-owned business AND a unique business idea! What's not to love?!?

Everything is very low sugar/carbs. The use monk fruit and stevia for sweeteners. I like it, they bake much better than I can. It’s not cheap, so I use this as a treat about once a month. My kid and husband can easily blow $90 with a few groceries as well. Oh yes, they do also sell some keto groceries, not just baked goods. I highly recommend for wheat and dairy allergies! They have a dairy free hot chocolate bomb too (wink)
