Keto Meatball Subs

Ingredients:
3lbs of ground beef or sausage
2 eggs
Tbs Garlic powder, paprika and Italian seasonings
1tsp of salt and pepper
1/2 cup pork king good pork grinds
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Assembly:
Mix all ingredients into a bowl
Roll them into balls
Put on wired rack
Bake meatballs for 20-25 mins
Put meatballs in crock pot with low carb sauce (I used raos)
Put on high for a hour or low for a all day marinating
Use aldis dinner rolls, keep 3 mini rolls together and cut in middle to make a sub roll (if gluten free use a gluten free roll instesd)
Place meatballs in roll with parmesan and mozzarella cheese,
Bake at 400 for 5-8 mins until golden and melted
